About Me

Welcome! Nice to have you here. My name is Felipe and this is my little personal website. I'm a Computer Science Engineer specially interested in web and mobile applications. I live in the beautiful country of Chile (South America for those who don't know).

Currently, I work at Aftermath Creative making awesome apps. I'm also a musician and a passionate entrepreneur, obsessed with merging both music and technology worlds together. I spent time working on my personal side project called Mindscore. Please feel free to contact or follow me in the digital world.

My Skillset

HTML/CSS

Strongly involved in developing and coding HTML and CSS from projects shown in the portfolio section. Specially interested in code productivity alternatives such as LESS and TextExpander.

My favorite apps for achieving this are Sublime Text (larger projects) and Espresso (small websites).
PHP

Involved in several PHP projects. Number one fan of Kohana framework. Experienced also developing themes and plugins for Wordpress environment (see Exploration Dining).

I've using Netbeans for a long time to write PHP applications (great IDE but sometimes can turn coding really slow). Short time ago changed it for Sublime Text.
Javascript/jQuery

Big fan of jQuery and every related plugin which makes web experience better for the user. Interested in Javascript frameworks such as Backbone.js, Node.js and alphaTab.
iOS/Objective C

I've participated into some cool mobile projects such as Pingwire, NYC Restaurant Week iPhone app, and an app for beekeepers.

My focus right now is my personal project called Mindscore which merges music and technology into a music composition alternative for amatuer and professional musicians.

The premier dealer of Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Maybach, and Smart car in the New York City area.

Worked optimizing the website for desktop, iPad, iPhone, and Android web browsers. The site includes a real-time inventory browser and an easy-to-use CMS for a broader participation in website management across the organization.
